This policy applies to standalone sessions outside of the ThenLogic Budget Wellness Program (e.g., Program Review Sessions).
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please use the cancellation or reschedule links included in your confirmation email no later than 11:59 PM (your local time) at least two (2) days before the scheduled session so we can make the best use of the scheduled time.
Requests made after this time are non-refundable. This policy does not apply to complimentary sessions provided at no charge.
