The ThenLogic Budget Wellness Program is designed to be completed over approximately four weeks, with up to fifty-six (56) days allowed for completion from your first session.
Your program term begins on the date of your first session and allows up to fifty-six (56) days for completion.

Clients must submit the Client Intake Form & Agreement at least 72 hours prior to Session 1 to allow time for review.
If the required preparation materials are not received within this timeframe, Session 1 will be canceled without penalty. A new scheduling link will be provided within 24–48 business hours so the session may be rescheduled within the program term.

If it’s determined during Session 1 that the program is not the right fit, you’ll only be charged for that session, and any remaining program fees will be refunded.
If you cancel before the program begins, you’ll receive a full refund.
If you cancel after the program has started, a $50 administrative fee will apply, and any remaining unused sessions may be refunded.
Sessions already completed are non-refundable.

Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will be considered to have missed the session.
Sessions missed without prior notice or canceled after the permitted timeframe will be deemed as completed.
Rescheduling must be completed using the link provided in your Calendly confirmation email and is subject to availability.
