The ThenLogic Budget Wellness Program is a structured four-week engagement designed to help you organize your finances into a practical, sustainable system. Together, we review your income, analyze expenses, identify structural gaps, and build a repeatable budgeting framework that supports long-term financial stability.
Yes. Clients begin with a Free 15-Minute Intro Call to briefly discuss their goals and determine whether the program is a good fit.
If it makes sense to move forward, the next step is a 45-Minute Budget Wellness Strategy Session, where we take a high-level look at your financial picture and outline the next steps for building your budgeting system.
If the program is the right fit, the first session of the ThenLogic 4-Week Budget Wellness Program is then scheduled, where we review your financial picture in detail.
The program includes four structured sessions typically completed over four weeks.
Time between sessions allows for implementation and adjustment of your budgeting system.
All sessions must be completed within the program term, which ends fifty-six (56) days after your first attended session.
Each session focuses on a key stage of building your financial system:
• Week 1 — Financial Snapshot
Review your income, expenses, and current financial habits to understand how money is currently flowing.
• Week 2 — Budget Structure
Build a personalized budget and cash flow system aligned with your income and priorities, while identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve financial structure.
• Week 3 — System Implementation
Implement the system, review your progress, and refine your structure based on what’s working and what needs adjustment.
• Week 4 — Sustainability & Adjustment
Stabilize your system for long-term use and introduce a practical, sustainable approach to saving.
Yes. Before the first program session, clients are asked to complete a brief intake form, sign the program agreement, and provide detailed information on their current income, expenses, and obligations.
These materials help ensure each session is prepared and productive.
All required intake materials must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Yes. Clients may schedule one brief 15-minute Client Support Check-In per week during the program, if needed, to address implementation questions between scheduled sessions.
These check-ins are intended for quick clarification or adjustments while applying your budgeting system.
Sessions may be rescheduled using the reschedule link provided in your Calendly confirmation email, provided the change is made at least two (2) days before your scheduled session.

Clients who would like to review their progress or make adjustments may schedule a Program Review Session after completing the program.
This session is designed to revisit your budgeting system, discuss improvements, and ensure your structure continues supporting your financial goals.
Yes. If you refer someone who enrolls in and completes the ThenLogic Budget Wellness Program, you will receive a $50 referral incentive as a thank-you.
To refer someone, simply share the link below. They will complete a few quick questions and have the option to schedule their introductory call when ready.
To ensure your referral is properly credited, please have the person you refer include your full name and, if available, your email or phone number when completing the form.
Referral incentives are issued within 30 days after the referred client successfully completes the program.
